I’ve been doing genealogy for over 20 years and I learned some things by watching your video. My favorite tip was to color code the file folders based on parental lineage. Great job, thank you so much for sharing. This video should be number 1 on youtube!

( And yes, I just said today that I needed another binder. It will make binder number 5. I’m slowly moving towards e-files. The binders are beginning to be a hassle. Thanks for the video.
Thanks. My Aunt is the one who got me interested in genealogy – and long story short I’ve been bitten by the genealogy bug ever since.Congrats on getting another binder! By the way – be careful on the e-files, make sure that you update them a bunch, back everything up, and that other family members know how to access the information (I know it sounds morbid, but we won’t be around forever and we want our descendants to be able to discover our research)
